From the drama department:
The title of the play has been adapted from the original teleplay, Twelve Angry Men, which later became a Broadway hit and Academy Award winning film starring Henry Fonda. The original teleplay first aired in 1954. The play involves the heated deliberation of a jury in a homicide case, in which all but one of the jurors is convinced of the accused murderer’s guilt. In order to secure a verdict, the vote needed to be unanimous, and the tension between the jurors is evident throughout the play.
Longtime theater program facility member Mary Kay Everett will direct the drama.
