Baby ‘Mistakenly’ Hit with Hammer During Argument

A baby was mistakenly hit with a hammer Tuesday night in Bristol Borough as two adults were arguing Tuesday night, a police source confirmed for LevittownNow.com.

According to one resident who asked not to be identified, ย a man and a woman were arguing around 9:30 p.m. near the cross streets of Buckley and Race when one of the adults “mistakenly” hit the child in the right eye with the hammer as he was walking by.

The child was taken to Lower Bucks Hospital according to multiple sources, then transferred to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, the community source said

The Bristol Borough police department was not available for comment at press time.

According to the online court system, no arrest was made with regards to the incident.
