Middletown Man Pleads Guilty to Child Porn Stash

A resident of Middletown’s Langhorne section pleaded guilty last week to 10 counts of possessing child pornography and three counts of criminal use of  a communication facility.

Stuart Fenster, 67,will be sentenced in the coming weeks and will have to register as a Megan’s Law sex offender, according to court paperwork.

According to police, media files containing child pornography were discovered on the 67-year-old’s computers.

Fenster was arrested in March as part of a child pornography task force involving the FBI, Middletown and New Britain Township authorities.

Over 100 counts of possessing child pornography were originally filed against Fenster, but most were later withdrawn before trial.

The plea was made before Judge Wallace Bateman at Bucks County Court in Doylestown.
