Penndel Borough Police Department Chief Joseph Sciscio, who was working undercover, found that a computer located in Bensalem was responsible for hosting videos of children invloved in sex acts. Between July 4 and August 4, police downloaded over nine explicit files featuring children, according to a police criminal complaint.
Officers executed a search warrant Tuesday at around 6:30 p.m. on Araujo’s house, which was determined to be the location where the files were originating from. Inside the house, police said they discovered a Dell computer containing close to 50 videos of “prepubescent children involved in sex acts.”
Araujo, according to court papers, was interviewed by Penndel and Bensalem investigators and admitted to downloading, viewing and sharing child pornography through internet file sharing programs.
