A 21-year-old Bristol Township man will face trial for his alleged part in the armed robbery of two Bristol Township 7-Eleven stores earlier this year.
Kevin Fant, 21, of Marie Lowe Drive, is facing trial on numerous charges, among them are robbery, conspiracy, simple assault, theft and terroristic threats. His cousin – Derrick Carroll, 20, of Bristol Township – is facing similar charges and is currently being sought.

Fant and Carroll are accused of being behind the knifepoint robberies at the 7-Elevens in the 7100 block of Bristol Pike and the 800 block of Veterans Highway, police said. The two robberies happened within 30 minutes of each other.
In both cases, the men threatened to kill the clerk, police said.
Information from confidential sources helped provide investigators with clues that led to the arrest of Fant and the warrant being issued for Carroll.

Police interviewed Fant while he was in custody on an outstanding warrant for a separate incident. According to an affidavit, Fant admitted to investigators he was one of the suspects who entered the 7-Eleven store on Veterans Highway. He said he was under the influence of Xanax pills and was “not acting like himself,” police said. He also said identified himself and Caroll in surveillance video.
Frat is being held on 10 percent of $100,000 bail in one case and 10 percent of $500,000 in a other robbery case.
