The sale of the building once known as Dwight D. Eisenhower Elementary School on Woodbourne Road in Middletown Township is pending a court hearing.
The Neshaminy School Board approved last month the sale of the building and roughly 13-acre property to the CIBC Foundation. The property is being sold for $2.2 million.

According to a notice of sale, a public hearing on the proposed sale is set for August 9 at 9:30 a.m. at the county courthouse in Dolyestown.
District officials have previously said the CIBC Foundation is believed to be affiliated with Delta Community Supports Inc., the group that currently leased the building.
The property was previous talked about as the site of the School Lane Charter School. Under that agreement, which never materialized, the charter school would have leased the building.
