According to Bristol Township police, an officer saw a man – later identified as Iannuzzi -as he was walking toward a shopping cart with various scraps and a yellow motor on the ground nearby.
When the officer detained Iannuzzi and patted him down, he discovered a crack pipe, often called a “stem” by users of the drug, in the 63-year-old’s pocket, court papers report.
A witness said he watched Iannuzzi try to rip a decorative piece of metal off the front door of a house, police said. The witness then, according to police, watched Iannuzzi walk to the back of the house, taking a yellow motor and some drain pipes that were not attached to the house.

Iannuzzi was arrested and the suspected crack pipe was sent to the crime lab for testing, police said. Court documents reveal that the drug paraphernalia tested positive for cocaine.
Although the alleged theft happened in April, Iannuzzi was not charged until this week.
