
A Bensalem man was arrested on his birthday after police say they found him illegally inside the a Levittown hotel.
According to police, Joseph Iannuzzi Jr., 63, broke into room 148, which was unoccupied, at the Levittown Ramada Inn on Route 13 in Bristol Township on Sunday.

Police officers found Iannuzzi inside the room with a bent screwdriver, wrench and rubber gloves scattered throughout the room. He admitted to authorities he shimmied open the window the night before and slept in the room, police said.
Hotel staff told authorities they are familiar with Iannuzzi, but stated he was not currently a paying guest and had no right to be in the facility.
Iannuzzi is charged with criminal trespass/breaking into a building, criminal trespass/entering building and possible instrument of crime with intent. He remains in Bucks County jail in Doylestown in lieu of 10 percent of $25,000 bail.
