We Buy Any House Fast, a home-buying company serving Pennsylvania and New Jersey, unveiled its newly rebuilt Levittown office at a ribbon-cutting ceremony recently.

We Buy Any House Fast completed the construction on its 2,300-square-foot office on New Falls Road at Levittown Parkway in Bristol Township after roughly 90 days of work.

Construction on the project began in the spring.

“Even though it was chaotic, it was also orchestrated like a symphony,” said co-owner Jon Geftman, who laid out the process of building while keeping operations running.

The expanded space features a second floor with a new conference room and offices. The first floor has a display wall of framed customer reviews and letters of appreciation.

Geftman and co-owner Jeff Lister first set up shop at the location in 2011, and the business has been operating for 20 years.

The expansion had been planned since before the pandemic, with township approvals secured well in advance, Lister said.

“We’ve been busting at the seams for years,” Lister said. “It was a tiny, tiny building, and everybody was crammed in. It was overdue to put the second floor on, and we wanted to make it look as nice as possible and make room for some more employees so we can expand the business and just help more.”

The company employs around 15 staff members and works with many contractors.

The additional space allows the team to hold client conversations and manage higher purchasing volume across its primary market of Lower Bucks County, as well as nearby areas within an hour’s drive, including parts of New Jersey.

Following a purchase, the firm either holds the property as a rental or remodels it for resale. It’s a process Geftman compares to recycling homes.

“For our sellers, that’s where everything starts — we solve problems,” Geftman said. “By solving problems directly, it allows us to help our sellers. And then ultimately that house is recycled, either with a tenant or it’s a new homeowner who will make that house their home for hopefully decades to come.”

Acquisitions specialist Mike Leasher, a former contractor, explained that the company provides potential sellers with a breakdown of costs and needed work.

“We work with the seniors in removing collectibles or pet placement when they are moving,” Leasher said. “We try to do a lot to help people. We’re not just buying a house. Anyone can do that.”

The company’s office sits on a corner property with a long Levittown history, having previously housed a hair salon, a fireplace store, a music store, and originally a fruit stand.

Geftman called settling at the site 15 years ago one of the firm’s best decisions.

The property is also known to Levittowners for its outdoor sign featuring a regularly updated joke that runs around the clock.

“We can’t go on an appointment in the Levittown area without somebody talking about the joke of the day,” Geftman said. “People said it’s the highlight of their morning.”

When the sign broke and was offline for a couple of months, residents took to social media and called the office to inquire about it.

“People were calling asking about the sign and the jokes and what happened,” administrative assistant Paige Kearney said with a laugh. “They didn’t want to know anything else.”

With the construction complete, the owners look forward to serving the community from their expanded facility, they said.

“It took a lot of years, but we’re so proud of what we’ve been able to achieve here,” Lister said.
