It was 5 p.m. on Monday when Bristol Township police were dispatched to Border Rock Road in Levittown for a reported two-vehicle accident.
Officer Paul Shallcross arrived to find that a Toyota Camry with two young children inside had struck a parked vehicle; It’s driver – 24-year-old Sarah Glasson of Mica Street in Bristol – was nearby and exhibiting signs of intoxication, according to court documents.

The Toyota was found at the scene facing the wrong way after it struck a black Honda Accord, which was “legally” parked, police said. The crash reportedly pushed the Honda back several feet.
Inside the Toyota, two children – ages one and six – were sitting in the back, police said. Both suffered scraped and bruises police described as “minor.”
A witness said he watched the Toyota drive down the street and directly into the parked Honda, court papers said. Aside from confirming Glasson was behind the wheel, he told police no attempt to stop before impact was made.
