A person was killed Friday night in a crash along I-95, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.

The fatal crash occurred at approximately 10:30 p.m. in the southbound lanes of I-95, close to the Woodhaven Road exit in Bensalem Township.
State police have not released the identity of the victim or provided details on how many vehicles were involved.

State police closed the southbound section of the highway for several hours to allow crews to work and investigators to examine the scene. All lanes have since reopened.
State police said the cause of the crash remains under investigation.
