

A domestic dispute led to a violent, multi-vehicle crash that left one person dead Tuesday evening in Lower Bucks County.

Shortly before 5 p.m., there was a domestic altercation in Lower Southampton Township and a driver left in their vehicle and headed on Bristol Road, according to authorities.
The driver left a home and sped down Bristol Road into Bensalem Township.
According to police, the driver of a white Toyota Rav4 was partially ejected when the SUV overturned on Bristol Road near Chester Avenue.
The driver was pronounced dead, authorities said.

Four other vehicles were involved in the collision, including one that careened off the roadway and struck the fence of a nearby residence.
Police have not confirmed whether anyone else was injured in the crash, but initial dispatch reports indicated that multiple ambulances were requested at the scene.

“He floored it, and I guess took the anger out on the car and was just driving upset,” a witness told 6abc.

Anna Marie, a Lower Southampton Township resident, told LevittownNow.com that she heard a “loud crunch then bang,” which was followed by several minutes of sirens.
Bristol Road was shut down for several hours while investigators mapped the scene and cleared the wreckage.
