UPDATE: Firefighters Quickly Control Heavy Fire At Levittown Home
Firefighters were battling heavy fire Wednesday evening in Bristol Township’s Levittown section.
Crews from multiple volunteer companies were dispatched to Balsam Road for a reported blaze shortly before 7:20 p.m.

According to dispatch reports, firefighters arrived to find the home ablaze.
Crews were still working to contain the fire as of 7:40 p.m. and an ambulance was called to the scene for a possible injury, according to dispatches.
The Bristol Township Fire Marshal’s Office was called to the scene.
