
Drivers in the Levittown area should prepare for delays this week as PennDOT and its contractors continue resurfacing projects

On Bath Road and Bristol-Oxford Valley Road, crews will be working between Route 13 and Lincoln Highway in Bristol and Middletown townships. A lane closure with flagging will be in effect overnight from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. Monday through Friday.
On Comly Avenue and Highland Avenue, work will take place between Bellevue Avenue and Lincoln Highway in Langhorne Manor Borough and Middletown Township. Flagging and lane closures are scheduled during the day from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Drivers are asked to allow extra time when traveling through the work zones. Backups and delays are expected.

PennDOT reminds motorists to stay alert for flagging crews and changing traffic patterns in the impacted areas.

PennDOT officials said the repaving work is part of an effort to repair and improve more than 240 miles of state roads across Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties this year.
