Falls Township police said that missing 15-year-old Gabrielle Stevens was found safe Thursday afternoon.

“At 4:00 PM this afternoon, with and through the assistance of our Local, County, State and Federal partners, we located Gabrielle in the Dover, Delaware area,” said Falls Township police Lt. Chris Clark. “While Gabrielle is safe at this time, this is an ongoing criminal investigation.”
Further details on the circumstances surrounding potential criminal aspects to the disappearance were not immediately known.
“We would like to thank everyone who shared Gabrielle’s story and provided information which assisted us with finding and bringing her safely home,” Clark said, adding more details will be released later.

The Falls Township Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in finding a missing and endangered teenage girl.
Gabrielle Stevens, 15, was last spotted around 3 a.m. Thursday in the unit block of Vividleaf Lane in the Levittown section, according to police.

Stevens is described by law enforcement as 5-feet-3 and weighing roughly 115 pounds.
Family members and law enforcement officials have serious concern for her well-being, police said in a statement.
