A local car wash is combining auto cleaning with all things spooky this weekend for its fourth annual drive-through haunted attraction.
Jr’s Express Car Wash, at 2270 Bristol-Oxford Valley Road in Levittown, is transforming its washing tunnel into the “Tunnel Of Horror” from Friday, Oct. 24, through Sunday, Oct. 26. The experience runs from 6 to 8 p.m. each evening.
Admission is $25 per car, but Wash Club members receive free entry.
Imran Malik Jr., the owner of the car wash, said the event caters to families looking for a novel source of fun without leaving their vehicle.
“I know it can be tough to locate spots where families could be entertained without leaving their vehicles,” Malik said. “We’re thrilled to blend car cleanliness with a touch of terror, making the most of our tunnel lights to heighten the spookiness.”
Malik also noted that the Jr’s Express Car Wash staff enjoy participating in the weekend event as much as the customers.
