The crash happened at 5:24 p.m. last Wednesday at the intersection of South Pine Street and Flowers Avenue, according to a police press release.

A gray Mitsubishi Outlander was making a turn when it struck a 2007 Honda Accord. The Mitsubishi then fled the scene and was last seen heading south on Route 1, state police said.

The fleeing vehicle has a Pennsylvania license plate and is believed to have damage to its passenger-side front end, with a black paint transfer, troopers said.
