The Falls Township Board of Supervisors approved plans in late 2023 from SAFStor Old Lincoln LLC to build a three-story, 109,650-square-foot mini-warehouse and self-storage building on the site.

The new self-storage facility will include 28 parking spaces.

Originally built in the 1950s as the Cypress Inn, the building was later transformed into Michael’s, a restaurant known for its tableside cooking and signature Caesar salad.

According to a marketing document from SVN Ahia Commercial Real Estate, the property was listed for $2.95 million.
