Andrew Gallo, 40, of the Levittown section of Bristol Township, was initially charged with multiple offenses, including five counts of rape by impairment and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, officials stated. He was taken into custody by Bucks County Detectives and the Bristol Township Police Department.
District Judge Terry Hughes set Gallo’s bail at 10 percent of $5 million and prohibited him from contacting the women listed as victims or any women he encountered through dating apps. Gallo remained in custody as of this week.
The expected new charges stem from additional victims coming forward since Gallo’s arrest, sources stated.

No new charges had been filed as of this week, and NBC 10 first broke the news of the expected new charges.
Investigators had anticipated more victims would reach out once the news of Gallo’s arrest made headlines. The story made national news after it was first reported by LevittownNow.com and other local outlets.

Gallo reportedly used usernames like “DREWSTER420” and “KAE” on sugardaddymeet.com, a site that advertises itself as a platform for forming “honest relationships.”
Authorities said that after connecting online, Gallo invited women, ranging in age from 17 to 30, to his home. He allegedly boasted about his drink-making skills, but the encounters turned concerning.
The women in the first charges were from from across the Philadelphia area and New Jersey.

Several of the women reported feeling unusual after consuming beverages Gallo prepared. Some described experiencing a lack of control and adverse side effects like prolonged wakefulness, hallucinations, and psychosis, authorities said.
A search of Gallo’s residence uncovered a bottle of Casamigos tequila that tested positive for methamphetamine, according to detectives.

During a September news conference, District Attorney Jennifer Schorn commended the victims for their bravery.
“They came forward to report crimes that quite frankly predators like this assume the victims won’t have the strength to do so and I commend them for their strength and courage,” she said.
