A Levittown man faces multiple charges for allegedly drugging and sexually assaulting several women he met through a dating website, authorities said.
Andrew Gallo, 40, of Bristol Township’s Levittown section, was arrested Wednesday morning by Bucks County Detectives and Bristol Township Police Department.

Gallo was charged with five counts of rape by causing impairment, six counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, four counts of strangulation, two counts of furnishing alcohol to minors, and one count of corruption of minors.
District Judge Terry Hughes set bail at 10 percent of $5 million and ordered Gallo, who lives in the area and attended West Chester University, to have no contact with the victims or any women he met through a dating app.
Authorities said Gallo used the username “DREWSTER420” and “KAE” on sugardaddymeet.com, a site advertising itself as “a platform for generous men and attractive women looking to form honest relationships.”

After connecting with six women ages 17 to 30, Gallo allegedly invited them to his home and boasted about his drink-making skills.
The women, who were from around the Philadelphia region and New Jersey, reported feeling strange after consuming drinks Gallo prepared and described a lack of control during sexual encounters, authorities said.

The women also had side effects that included prolonged wakefulness, hallucinations, and psychosis, according to investigators.
One woman told detectives she felt off about 15 minutes after drinking wine, stating that “all her inhibitions were gone.”
Another woman, who had a margarita, started feeling unwell and fidgeting after having a drink from Gallo. Police and medics responded, but she declined hospital treatment, authorities said.

One woman, who was feeling ill, was at Gallo’s house in Levittown as police showed up to execute a search warrant, investigators said.
The 17-year-old girl informed Gallo of her age, to which he allegedly replied she would be punished. She later experienced hallucinations and required treatment at Children’s Hospital of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.

The women reportedly engaging in rough sex with Gallo, with some describing him choking them to the point of unconsciousness or near-unconsciousness, authorities said.
Lab results revealed methamphetamine and other drugs in some of the women’s systems, authorities said.

A search of Gallo’s home last month uncovered a bottle of Casamigos tequila that tested positive for methamphetamine, detectives said.
District Attorney Jennifer Schorn praised the victims’ courage at a Tuesday news conference.

“They came forward to report crimes that quite frankly predators like this assume the victims won’t have the strength to do so and I commend them for their strength and courage.”
Schorn also commended investigators for their work on the complex case.
Bristol Township Police Chief Robert Coulton called it “an excellent example of law enforcement cooperation to remove a violent sexual predator from our community.”

Gallo has been charged with raping five of the victims, according to court papers.
A county detective told the judge there are several more victims that investigators were working with as of this week.

Authorities strongly believe there are additional victims and urge them to come forward.
“The victims in this case are so courageous,” Schorn said. “They came forward to report crimes that quite frankly predators like this assume the victims won’t have the strength to do so and I commend them for their strength and courage.”
Coulton asked anyone who might think they were a victim to “please, come forward.”
