The funding comes from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development and was secured through the efforts of State Rep. Jim Prokopiak and State Sen. Steve Santarsiero, both Democrats, according to their offices.
Prokopiak noted the essential role that libraries play in the community.
โLibrariesย continue to play an important role in our communities, and the historicย Fallsingtonย Libraryย has been an institution in Bucks County since the early days of our nation,โ Prokopiak said. โI was happy to do my part to literally keep a roof over its head.โ
