
PennDOT has warned drivers of possible impacts as they are performing stormwater management upgrades.

Starting Monday, June 24, and continuing through Friday, June 28, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., a lane closure is scheduled onย Highland Avenue between Avenue F and Hulmeville Roadย in Middletown Township for paving, according to the state transportation department.
Begining Monday, June 24, through mid-July, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., a weekday lane closure is planned in both directions onย Route 213 (Old Lincoln Highway/Maple Avenue) between Woodbourne Road and Wheeler Wayย in Middletown Township as part of ongoing stormwater replacement work.
Drivers have been asked to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because backups and delays will occur.

The planned work is weather dependent.
PennDOT said the work is part of $14.9 million in stormwater upgrades the Philadelphia region.

Highway Materials, Inc., of Flourtown, Montgomery County, has been working as the general contractor on theproject, which is financed with 100 percent state funds.
