April 13

Arrest

A 39-year-old man from Bristol was arrested on a Bench Warrant from Bucks County in the 200 block of Plumtree Road at 2:26 a.m. He was handed over to the sheriffโ€™s office.

Receiving Stolen Property

A 26-year-old woman from Drexel Hill, Delaware County, was arrested for Receiving Stolen Property in the 1200 block of Route 13 at 12:12 p.m. She was arraigned and was bail set at $30,000 unsecured.

Retail Theft

At approximately 2:02 a.m., two unknown subjects removed several items passing all points of sale at a store in the 200 block of New Falls Road. The estimated value is $30.

April 14

Arrest

A 36-year-old man from Bristol Township was arrested on a Local Warrant from Bristol Township in the 2100 block of Grant Avenue at 9:02 p.m. Bail was set at 10 percent of $50,000.

Protection From Abuse Order Violation

A 43-year-old man from Tullytown Borough was arrested for a Protection From Abuse Order Violation in the 2200 block of Route 13 at 10:20 p.m. Bail was set at 10 percent of $25,000.

A 40-year-old woman from Reading was arrested on two Local Warrants from Bristol Township on Bath Road. She was arraigned with the first warrant at $20,000 unsecured and the second at $30,000 unsecured.

A 63-year-old homeless man was arrested for Criminal Trespass, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in the unit block of Lakeland Avenue at 12:23 a.m. He was arraigned and bail set at 10 percent of $20,000.

A 54-year-old man from Bristol Township was arrested on a Bench Warrant from Bucks County in the unit block of Lakeland Avenue at 6:15 a.m. He was released to the sheriffโ€™s office.
