On Friday, Webb turned herself over to authorities, according to the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. She will now head to a state correctional institution.
Webb, 23, of Eagleville in Lower Providence Township, Montgomery County, pleaded guilty last November to three counts of third-degree murder, three counts of homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence and one count of driving under the influence.
Webb was allowed to remain out of prison because she was pregnant. Once the baby was born, she was ordered to turn herself in to begin serving her sentencing.

Troopers Martin Mack and Branden T. Sisca, 29, of Montgomery County, were killed when Webb slammed into a parked state police patrol SUV on I-95 southbound by the stadium complex in Philadelphia as they secured the pedestrian – Reyes Rivera Oliveras, 28, of Allentown – who was on the highway, just before 1 a.m. on March 21, 2022.
Stephanie Mack, a mother of two, and the wife of Mack, and Sisca’s wife, Brittany, issued a statement Friday after Webb surrendered:

“Our families are forever grateful for the outpouring of love and support since that horrible day. We lost our husbands, our fathers and our brothers. They will always be our heroes. There are a number of individuals who stand out for their exemplary service in our time of need. Capt. Gerard B. McShea and the Command Staff at Troop K Philadelphia ensured that a thorough and rigorous investigation led to the conviction. Troopers Ross W. Greenwood, Vincent J. Scardilli and Shane P. Dunlevy from Troop K accompanied us to court, Police Week in Washington D.C., and other events. We’d also like to thank the Pennsylvania State Troopers Association for their work in advocating for our families and safeguarding that justice be done. Some may see this as a moment of closure, but we will always mourn terribly for our heroic loved ones.”

Webb pleaded guilty as part of an agreement made between the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office and the 23-year-old woman. Assistant District Attorney Jeff Hojnowski said last year that the plea agreement with Webb came together after consulting with the families and troopers, citing worries over the families having to relive the tragedy during a trial.
Following Webb’s guilty plea, Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner told reporters that Webb deserves the time behind bars.

The district attorney said Webb’s actions caused the “destruction” of lives and she put partying above every person on the roads.
Webb was tweeting at the time of the crash, she had marijuana in her system, she had been pulled over by the troopers for speeding minutes earlier but was released due to a call for a person on the road, and her blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit at the time, according to previous testimony in the case.

“The conviction and sentence for this defendant hold her accountable for reckless, violent, criminal actions for the night of March 21st, 2022,” said Krasner.
