The companies announced the news to customers last week. The terms of the deal were not released.

“We are thrilled to announce some exciting news that we believe will enhance the level of service and support we provide to you. Our family just got bigger. J&M Plumbing has partnered with Tim and Lorraine Mc Hale of Mc Hale’s to offer you  an even broader range of services and benefits while ensuring that you continue to receive the same exceptional care and  attention you’ve come to expect from us,” said Jen and Milt Warrell, of J&M Plumbing.

Mc Hale’s, which was founded in 1950, offers plumbing services, electrical work, HVAC services, carpentry, and kitchen and bath remodeling.

“We are lucky to have partnered with J&M Plumbing,” said Tim Mc Hale. “Jen and Milt could have partnered with anyone but they chose Mc Hales. We share the same values and character. It will be a true win, win, win for Mc Hales, J&M and our shared customers.”

The Warrells said the merger will allow their customers to take part in more services from one company.

The employees of J&M Plumbing, which has been in business since 2009, have joined the Mc Hale’s team.

The Warrells will be working at Mc Hale’s, with Milt, the county’s former sheriff, going out with crews and Jen running the call center.
