On November 2, LevittownNow.com broke the news that a fatal crash occurred on November 1 at approximately 9:16 p.m. along the 2600 block of Trenton Road, which sits between Statesman Health and Rehabilitation Center and Woodbourne Place and Holy Family Regional Catholic School.

Coroner Meredith Buck said the pedestrian who was killed was identified as 65-year-old John Affeldt.

Buck said Affeldt “wandered off from a long-term care facility” and was struck by a westbound gray-colored Cadillac SUV traveling along Trenton Road.
