
A bicyclist was killed in an early Thursday morning crash in Falls Township.

Around 12:10 a.m., Falls Township police were called to the 700 block of Bristol Pike for a report of a two-vehicle crash, police said.
Authorities said they arrived to find a Chrysler 300 hit the bicycle from the rear.
The driver of the Chrysler was identified as a 60-year-old Morrisville resident, while the bicyclist was a 42-years-old Morrisville man, police said.

The bicyclist was critically injured and quickly transported by ambulance to Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton.
Despite the best efforts of medical professionals, the 42-year-old man succumbed to his injuries shortly after 3 a.m.
