A Levittown man has been accused of stealing more than $866,000 from his employer, according Burlington County, New Jersey Prosecutor LaChia Bradshaw.

Brian Myslinski, 31, was charged by New Jersey authorities with financial facilitation of criminal activity (first degree), elements of computer theft (first degree), theft by unlawful taking (second degree), receiving stolen property (second degree), and misapplication of entrusted property (second degree).
Radwell International, a corporation situated in Burlington County, approached the Financial Crimes Unit of the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office with claims that a former employee had engaged in a theft and fencing operation while employed by the firm in 2021.
โRadwell International stocks and sells new and surplus Industrial Automation, MRO, Pneumatic, Motion, Electronic, Hydraulic, HVAC and Electrical Control Equipment for plant floor and facilities maintenance machinery,” according to the company website.

According to the prosecutor’s office, the investigation showed Myslinski, a supervisor, used his access to and knowledge of the business’ internal systems to steal $866,834 worth of specialty goods, which he then sold both directly to clients and through internet marketplaces like eBay.
The investigation also showed that Myslinski used more than $120,000 of the illegal sales’ proceeds to pay off sports gambling debts, as well as spending $50,000 on a 1974 Dodge Charger classic car, $20,000 on another vehicle, covering the cost for a trip to Jamaica, and buying luxury goods, including Gucci and Louis Vuitton handbags and purses, authorities said.

Myslinski turned himself in to the prosecutor’s office on Tuesday at and was later freed after making an appearance before New Jersey Superior Court Judge Christopher J. Garrenger, according to a statement from authorities.ย
The prosecutor’s office said in a statement the case will be prepared for presentation to a grand jury for possible indictment.
