On Wednesday night as several local fire companies were dealing with a fire in a produce truck on I-95 northbound near the Bristol exit, the 35-year-old man drove into the scene at 9:36 p.m., Pennsylvania State Police said.
Troopers said the driver then attempted to elude state police and ignored their commands.
The 35-year-old man was eventually stopped and discovered to be under the influence of alcohol, state police said.
