Ambulance Involved In Levittown Crash

An ambulance responding to a call collided with a vehicle late Wednesday afternoon.

The crash happened on Emilie Road at Indian Creek in Bristol Township’s Levittown section. The ambulance belonged to the Bucks County Rescue Squad.

The car turned in front of the ambulance that was headed to a call, Bucks County Rescue Squad Chief Marty Liczbinski said.

There was minor damage to the vehicles and no injuries reported, Liczbinski said.

The roadway in the area of the crash was closed for about 30 minutes until the scene could be cleared.
