The ribbon on the new Qdoba Mexican Eats in the Summit Square Shopping Center along the Newtown Bypass was cut last month.

The location in the shopping center occupied by Qdoba Mexican Eats was previously a Pizza Hut. The pizza chain location closed in fall 2019 with several others.

Qdoba Mexican Eats started in 1995 as Zuma Fresh Mexican Grill and changed to its current name as it expanded. It has more than 700 locations in the U.S. and Canada.
