The plans by Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen call for 20 parking spaces and a two-lane drive-thru lane with an entrance and exit at the traffic light.
The .63-acre site is zoned commercial and sits in the Town Center overlay put into place when the Veterans Highway corridor in Bristol Township was overhauled.
