A Falls Township man has been charged following a child pornography investigation that started last spring.
Sean Xavier Logan, 25, was preliminarily arraigned this week by District Judge Jan Vislosky on charges of disseminating photos/film of child sex acts and child pornography. He was sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10 percent of $250,000. Vislosky imposed bail conditions of no contact with minors and no internet usage.

Police said they received word from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that they had obtained information from Pinterest about possible child porn connected to an account with the name of “Babe.” The account was linked to an email that appeared to belong to Logan.
The IP address tied to the image of a young girl’s private parts was located in Fairless Hills and further to Logan’s residence, which he shares with family, according to court records.
Additional information was learned by investigators and that led to a search warrant being obtained, police said.

Officers arrived on January 28 around 6:30 a.m. to execute the search warrant at the home in Falls Township’s Fairless Hills section. Upon arrival, Logan displayed a gun and made comments about self-harm, police said.
Police stated they were able to get the other residents out of the home and talk to Logan, who indicated he knew why officers were at the address.

Logan told a detective he suffers from pedophilia and couldn’t stop looking up photos. He stated he knew he was going to jail, according to police.
Logan ended up surrendering after some time, police said.
Multiple electronic devices were taken during the search, police said.

Since the search warrant was executed, police told LevittownNow.com they have discovered more than 1,000 images of child porn.
Police said the investigation was possible due to cooperation between their department, the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office, and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
