
A woman found dead at Neshaminy State Park on Saturday morning was identified and her cause of death ruled a homicide on Monday.

The woman was identified as Lisa Jennings, 50, of Philadelphia, Bucks County Coroner Meredith Buck told LevittownNow.com.
Pennsylvania State Police, who were working the investigation with Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources rangers, released a call for help from the public over the weekend to identify the woman. Her body was found nude at the section of the state park in Bensalem Township.
Jennings was determined to have died of multiple stab and slash wounds to her neck. Her death was ruled a homicide, Buck said.

State police said they were continuing to investigate the death.
No arrests had been made as of Monday.

Rangers and troopers closed the Bensalem Township portion of the park Saturday as they processed the scene.
Neshaminy State Park covers 339 acres split between Bensalem Township and Bristol Township’s Croydon section. It features picnic areas, a public pool, kids’ spray park, walking paths, and boating access.
