A number of Levittown-area nonprofit and business revitalization and expansion projects are receiving tax credits through a state program.
The Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development Neighborhood Assistance Program awarded $36 million in tax credits across the state to 220 revitalization projects, Gov. Tom Wolf’s office said Tuesday.

Millions of those tax credits are destined for Bucks County, largely in the lower end of the county.
The tax credit program is designed to assist nonprofits and businesses in “distressed areas or low-income neighborhoods.”
The credits are awarded to the below projects:
- Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County, Repair work for 43 homes, $150,000
- Bucks County Opportunity Council, Help Lower Bucks County families rebound from the pandemic, $33,000
- Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania, Legal services, tools, and information Lower Bucks County families need to better recover from the pandemic’s economic impacts, $75,000
- YMCA of Bucks County, Helping low income families, veterans, cancer survivors, and other susceptible populations recover from the pandemic, $18,750
- Blackwood Creek Investments, LLC, Assistance with expansion of disinfectant wipe maker in Bensalem Township and creation of 15 new jobs, $250,000
- DIJAS Realty, LLC, Open new Dijas Foods manufacturing facility in Bensalem Township that will create five to eight new jobs, $129,250
- 101 Washington Street, LLC, Create of studios and offices for creatives, makers, and people who want to work remotely in Morrisville Borough, $250,000
- BCCI Levittown, LLC, Redevelop a dilapidated and low-occupied hotel in Bristol Township into a warehouse, $250,000
- Environmental Alternatives Solutions, Inc., Funding that will be part of a $7 million industrial development on a vacant property on Silvi Avenue in Bristol Township, $250,000
- Liu&Li LLC, FairyGene Inc., a female and minority-owned private label cosmetics and skincare manufacturer, expanding to new facility in Bristol Township and adding 10 new jobs, $250,000
- Pine View Estates, LLC, Development for HiMark Windows’ 112,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Bristol Township, $250,000
- Cuthbertson Holdings, LLC, Assistance for purchase of leased Falls Banquet by EventRoostr facility in Falls Township, $250,000
- Philabundance, Food distribution programs for Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties, $1.9 million
