The streaming network released the following summary of the series: “The young ninjas will put their mental and physical strength to the test as they go head-to-head in extra competitive, extra inspiring and extra fun races. These junior athletes will bring their best ninja skills, indomitable spirits and fearless attitudes to the course but only three junior athletes will become the next American Ninja Warrior Junior champions.”
Corine’s journey to the streaming series didn’t just happen. She had tried out for the show before and trains extremely hard to build up her skills.
“I’ve been applying for two years now, so I was lucky to get picked this year,” she said.

Corine’s dad, Tony, said his family was thrilled when Corine was picked for the series. He traveled with her to downtown Los Angeles for filming of the series, which took place in June.
“She did great on the show,” Capriotti said. “It was a good experience and interesting to see LA and the filming for TV.”
Corine got into ninja-style competitions several years back when she attended Gravity Forge Gymnastics and Ninja Warrior Training Center in Upper Moreland Township, Montgomery County.

Corine’s dad said his daughter really took to the sport and has only gotten better over time.
Corine, who has five siblings, and her dad both said the ninja training and competition scene in the area is like one big family. Corine hasn’t been the only person she trains with who has competed in TV series.
