Rewards are being offered for information on the unsolved homicide cases of three people in Bristol Township.
Speaking from the Bristol Township Municipal Complex, Bucks County District Attorney Matt Weintraub announced Wednesday that there are rewards for the unsolved cases of Cashe Conover, who was shot in the Bloomsdale-Fleetwing section on October 27, 2019; Shaquille Love, who was shot dead along Edgely Road on December 23, 2020; and the hit-and-run death of firefighter Daniel Santiago on June 29.

The rewards are $1,000 each from Bucks County Crime Stoppers, which is funded by State Rep. John Galloway, State Rep. Tina Davis and the law firm of Stark & Stark, for information leading to an arrest and conviction. Santiago’s family held a fundraiser recently that added $3,000 to the reward for their relative.
Weintraub urged anyone with information to come forward and bring fresh details to investigators.

Conover was a resident of the neighborhood.
“She was a wild spirit. She liked to have fun. She was the life of the party. Now we’re here. She loved life and she loved people,” said Conover’s mother, Charmane Steed.
Steed urged people with information to come forward.

The Bristol Township man was murdered while behind the wheel of his Chrysler 200 on Edgely Road between Marion and Curtis avenues on the evening of Wednesday, December 23, 2020.

A bullet traveled through the driver-side window of the car and struck Love. An autopsy showed he was hit by one bullet, and the death was ruled a homicide.
Weintraub said the investigation has, so far, come up empty.

“He was shot and killed through the driver-side window in what appears to be a senseless murder with no apparent reason,” the district attorney said.
“No one had the right to walk up to his car and shoot him. Somebody saw something or heard something,” Shauna Love said of her son’s murder. “I’m just asking that someone comes forward.”

Daniel Santiago, 53
The longtime Bristol Borough volunteer firefighter was riding his bicycle on the right lane of the southbound side of Route 13 when a vehicle struck him. It was around 12:55 a.m. on Tuesday, June 29 when a caller reported a person had been hit by a vehicle, but the caller did not witness the crash. Bristol Township officers rushed to the scene and found Santiago in the right shoulder of the road in the area the gravel lot at 5521 Route 13, between Green Lane and Beaver Dam Road. Santiago, who was wearing dark-color clothing, was deceased at the scene and had “obvious trauma to throughout his body.” A short distance away on the sidewalk was a badly damaged black bicycle. The bicycle had severe damage to the rear tire and wheel assembly, authorities said.
Despite plenty of media attention and pleas from the family, the striking vehicle has not been located.

Weintraub said investigators believe the vehicle would have suffered noticeable front-end damage.
“My brother was a hero. I will always remember him that way. Every time I hear a fire alarm, it will remind me of my brother. I just want justice to be served,” said Nick Santiago.

The district attorney said the rewards, he hopes, will bring new attention to the cases.
“We promise you these investigations have been very thoroughly conducted and it’s a shame we have not been able to catch the killers yet. It’s not for lack of effort or resolve,” Weintraub said.
The district attorney told reporters rewards aren’t offered in every case but these were “unique, extraordinary situations.”

“The Conover, Santiago, and Love families deserve it,” he said. “Let’s help them get justice for their loved ones.”
