A Philadelphia man has been charged with entering the Bristol Township home of a person who did not know him while “heavily intoxicated,” police said.
Bristol Township officers were dispatched to the unit block of Mary Lane in the Levittown section around 3:40 a.m. on Saturday, May 29 for a man in a person’s home.

Officers arrived on the scene within three minutes and found Nathan Square, 23, inside the home and he was arrested.
The resident told police Square, who she did not know, climbed in the home through a window and reportedly said he was “looking for cover.”
Police said Square was very intoxicated, and he admitted to drinking.

Square was charged with criminal trespassing and public drunkenness. He was arraigned by on-call District Judge Mick Petrucci and released on $25,000 unsecured bail.
