Two 18-year-old men and several boys reported being attacked by a woman at the falls while on park property. A woman matching the groups’ description of the alleged attacker and a man were in the area and appeared to be intoxicated, a ranger wrote in court papers.
Rangers said the woman – Natalia Wiseman, 29, of Falls Township’s Fairless Hills section – were found to have thrown rocks at the group and hit one young man in the throat with a rock. Wiseman approached the group at one point and took the cell phone from the waistband of a 16-year-old before breaking three fishing rods in half.
Wiseman and the 43-year-old man she was with then walked away and later returned. Wiseman struck one of the 18-year-old men in the face with her hands and then headbutted him, rangers said.

The 43-year-old man then approached one of the 18-year-old men and placed his arms around the young man’s neck and throat before being pulled off by another teenager, rangers said.
Wiseman and the 43-year-old man she was with were suspected of being under the influence of narcotics, rangers said.

Wiseman was arrested on Sunday and charged with robbery, terroristic threats, simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, and other offenses. She was arraigned by on-call District Judge Michael Gallagher and held in the county correctional facility on 10 percent of $70,000.
It was not immediately confirmed whether the 43-year-old man was charged, but rangers noted he was confirmed to be out on parole.
