See How Much Levittown-Area Municipalities Will Receive In State Liquid Fuels Payments

Levittown-area municipalities will receive more than $4.3 million in PennDOT liquid fuels payments this year.

The state has pledged $487.5 million in liquid fuels payments around the Keystone state this year, according to PennDOT data.

Below is how much local towns will get:

  • Bristol Borough –ย $255,535.02
  • Bristol Township – $1,619,941.84
  • Falls Township – $944,743.96
  • Hulmeville – $26,453.83
  • Langhorne Borough – $40,099.93
  • Langhorne Manor – $48,559.61
  • Penndel – $62,022.90
  • Middletown – $1,334,255.66
  • Tullytown – $57,678.14

Theย liquid fuels payments can only be used for work on certain locally-maintained public roadways. The roads must meet certain dimension requirements and safety standards.

“These investments help keep our communities safe and connected,” Acting PennDOT Secretary Yassmin Gramian said.

Pennsylvania hasย theย fifth-largest state-maintained roads system in the nation. The network of local roads in the state is even larger and comes in atย 72,992 miles, according to PennDOT data.
