Five Men Cited After Fight At Diner

Five men will be cited for criminal mischief and disorderly conduct after a fight at the Golden Eagle Diner last month.

A 39-year-old Levittown man, another 39-year-old Levittown man, a 29-year-old Monroe County man, a 38-year-old Bristol Township man, and a 26-year-old Philadelphia man will be cited for a brawl that broke out at the diner at the corner of Bath Street and Route 13 on Sunday, February 23 at 2:43 a.m. Authorities did not release the men’s names.

Police said they were called at the time of the incident for a disturbance at the diner. They arrived to find several people and vehicles leaving the diner.

Police said a table, dishes, and glasses were damaged.
