The threat led Neshaminy officials to close both Maple Point Middle School and Core Creek Elementary School on Thursday out of an “abundance of caution.”

Middletown Township investigators worked with the police school resource officers and district to identify the suspect. The Bucks County District Attorney’s Office and the Bucks County Juvenile Probation Department provided assistance during the investigation.
