New Building Considered In Bristol Twp. Industrial Park

A firm is looking to construct a 60,000-square-foot industrial building in Bristol Township.

Before the Bristol Township Council on Thursday evening, representatives from Catalyst Commercial Development said they are looking to construct the industrial/warehouse building at 390 George Patterson Boulevard, which is just across from the intersection of Veterans Highway (Route 413) and State Road.

The building is proposed for the Bridge Business Center and follows similar plans from about 12 years ago that included two buildings.

Catalyst Commercial Development representatives said the plan has been consolidated to include only one building that could be modified once a tenant is found.

The proposal would keep much of the current infrastructure in place.

The company still has to go through the land development process.
