Metropolitan Development Group has proposed building 86 homes off Newtown-Langhorne Road and 35 dwellings off along Fulling Mill Road. There would be about 50 acres of open space and 9.45 acres cut out for the existing Stone family homestead.
The Stone Meadows Farm property is the largest remaining farmed land in the township.
Earlier this month, the plan was shot down by the advisory Planning Commission.
