Christopher D. Weston, 57, of Levittown, was charged Tuesday afternoon with sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault without consent, and indecent assault without consent of others. Weston was preliminarily arraigned Wednesday afternoon by District Judge Kevin Wagner, and he is being held in the Bucks County lockup on 10 percent of $10 million bail.
The investigation began on the night of June 21 when Bristol Township police responded to a call from the 18 year old woman’s mother, according to court papers.
Police said that the 18-year-old woman has developmental delays and cognitive impairment resulting from cerebral palsy.

According to police, the mother reported that her daughter had texted her earlier that day. The mother then picked the young woman up from the apartment of Weston, who the daughter knew.
The 18-year-old woman told investigators that during the visit, Weston hugged and kissed her. He stated he had been waiting for her to turn 18 years old so they could have sex.

The woman stated to investigators that Weston sexually assaulted on four occasions, police said.
When questioned by police, Weston denied raping the woman, but he told officers that she “is not a liar,” according to authorities.
