Also related to the case, Rodney “Bay-Bay” Beaty, 29, pleaded guilty in April to charges of third-degree murder, conspiracy, and three counts of reckless endangerment. He is set to be sentenced next week.

The trio were involved in the February 16, 2016 shooting death of Robert “Bink” Colter III, 20. The young father to twin girls was hit in the head by gunfire outside of his home on Bath Street near Mifflin Street.

Authorities made the case that the three men were traveling through Bristol Borough when they saw a car that belonged to the girlfriend of a rival parked near Colter’s residence. Once they spotted the car, the trio fired down the street toward where Colter was.

The men fled the shooting scene and ended up in Philadelphia.
