An officer spoke with the business owner who said Peter Budzak had come in and began arguing with an employee, police said.
The business employee said Budzak reached behind the counter and tried to hit him before punching hm and later kicking him. As the two approached the door, Budzak used the door to try to strike the employee, police wrote in court papers.
The employee suffered shoulder, wrist, and thumb pain. The door to Superior Motors was damaged in the incident, police said.
