Clerk Assaulted During Robbery

A clerk was assaulted in a robbery last Friday.

According to Bristol Township police, the 7-Eleven in the 800 block of Veterans Highway between Spruce Street and Winder Drive was robbed by two men between 2:40 a.m. and 2:50 a.m.

During the robbery, the two men assaulted the clerk before leaving with several prices of merchandise.

Police said the case has been assigned to detectives.
