Police from multiple agencies flooded the Morrisville section of Falls Township following a late Friday afternoon bank robbery.
The PNC Bank on West Trenton Avenue at Nolan Avenue was hit at 4:37 p.m. when the suspect walked in and presented a note to the teller. The note implied the robber was armed and demanded money, police said.

The suspect fled the bank on foot, police said.

Police Lt. Nelson Whitney said officers from multiple agencies rushed to the bank and began a search for the suspect, who they did not locate in the area.
The robbery follows one at the nearby TD Bank last week. The suspects in the robberies appear to be two different people in surveillance images.
