Motorcyclist Killed Following Crash With Pickup Truck

A motorcyclist was killed following a crash in Bristol Township early Monday afternoon.

Police confirmed that the driver of a 2006 Suzuki motorcycle was transported to Lower Bucks Hospital by the Bucks County Rescue Squad around 12:40 p.m. The motorcyclist succumbed to their injuries at Lower Bucks Hospital.

The motorcyclist was traveling south on Veterans Highway (Route 413) when a 2000 Chevrolet S10 in the northbound lanes attempted to make a left turn onto Ford Road when the collision happened, according to preliminary information from police.

Motorists were directed around the crash site by fire police.

The fire marshal’s office assisted at the scene.

The crash follows one on Saturday that killed a Philadelphia man and injured his rider.
